General Information
What is Golf Hour and how does it work?
Golf Hour is an indoor golf and multi-sport simulator venue, lounge with a self-pour tap wall, TVs to watch the games, and an event space. Book a bay, arrive, grab clubs, play virtual games, and enjoy beverages & snacks.

What are your business hours?
Sun: 12pm-8pm; Mon-Tue: 11am-9pm; Wed-Sat: 11am-10pm
Is there free Wi-Fi and parking?
Yes. Guest Wi-Fi is available and parking is right in front of Golf Hour.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash.
Are children allowed?
Yes, children under 16 are welcome with a supervising adult to keep everyone safe and having fun.
Do I need golf shoes or special attire?
No, just no golf spikes allowed.
Booking a Simulator Bay
How can I book a tee time or simulator bay?
Online at golf-hour.com/book or call (984) 999-2913.
How far in advance can I book?
Bookings can be made 7 days in advance. Members can make bookings greater than 7 days out.
Do you offer walk-ins?
Yes, subject to availability. Booking ahead is recommended.
What's your cancellation policy?
No cancellation fee if cancelled 12 hours or more up to the booking time. After check-in time is a 100% fee.
Can I modify booking on short notice?
Yes, you can modify your online booking by using your confirmation link or you can call Golf Hour to adjust.
Recommended booking length?
The simulator bays can be booked for a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 4 hours. For golfers, 2 players can typically play 18 simulated holes in 2 hours.
How many players per bay?
Up to 8 players per bay.
Golf and Simulator Experience
Do you provide clubs and balls?
Golf clubs are available to rent during the use of a simulator bay. Balls and equipment are provided for the multi-sport activities. You can also bring your own clubs.
Are lessons or coaching available?
Yes. Visit Golf-Hour.com/lessons for more information.
Which simulators do you use?
We use TrueGolf with the state-of-the-art Apogee Launch Monitors and associated golf & multi-sport simulator software.
How realistic is the simulation?
The simulators track clubhead speed, launch angle, spin rate, and other attributes and display high-definition graphics.
Can I play famous courses?
Yes, like St. Andrews, Pebble Beach, Pinehurst, and hundreds more.
Is club fitting or swing analysis available?
Yes, you can book time with our golf instructor to analyze launch data and slo-mo video using our state-of-the-art golf simulator.
Do I need special balls or adapters?
For golf, real white golf balls are provided, and you can bring your own. Special tees are provided. For the multi-sports, special balls and equipment are provided.
Can I practice full-swing, chipping, putting?
Yes, all three are available.
Are there skill challenges or game modes?
Yes, there are various golf challenges like chipping and approach shot and game modes like darts.
Can I play other sports?
Yes, you can play baseball, soccer, hockey, frisbee golf, football, and others.
How do I control the simulator?
In each bay, there is a computer, keyboard, and monitor that is used to initiate the simulator. A friendly staff member can assist.
What if the simulator glitches?
Let our friendly staff know and they will assist.
Can I record or stream my session?
We do not provide any recording equipment, but you can record your session in the bay using your personal devices.
How do I track performance?
For more advanced golfers, you can create an E6 Account and log in during your golf simulator session that will allow you to keep track of various stats and play.
Lounge Experience
Do you have food & beverage service?
We have snacks, sandwiches, beers, wines, self-pour tap wall, and soft drinks. Feel free to bring in your own food while using a simulator bay or our lounge.
How does the self-pour tap wall work?
We have a 15-tap self-pour tap wall with various local & craft beers. Open a tab at the front desk, get a PourMyBeer card to activate a tap, dispense as little or as much as you want. When you close your tab, you will be charged for what you poured.
What safety measures are in place?
The simulator bays are large, enclosed areas with walls on each side to allow for proper use of the state-of-the-art equipment. Tables are provided behind each bay to allow guests to enjoy the simulator while one person at a time is in the bay.
Do you sanitize equipment?
Yes, equipment, seating areas, lounge areas, and other facility items are cleaned and sanitized regularly.

Is there a membership or loyalty program?
Yes, a variety of membership tiers offering discounts and preferred booking times are available.
Do you host events, corporate outings, or have Bay Buy Outs?

Are there group/party packages?
Yes, birthday, corporate, holiday, and other celebrations event packages can be reserved. When planning an event, you can bring/cater your own food and purchase various alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages with Golf Hour.
